What you will do

  • Advise clinical study teams on design feasibility, country and site selection, protocol review, patient burden, recruitment, and timelines.
  • Design and facilitate cross-functional global strategy discussions with senior leaders to assess operational feasibility and develop execution strategies.
  • Support strategic planning and delivery of global Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials.
  • Drive analytical insights and recruitment planning across multiple functional teams through matrix management.
  • Conduct scientific, analytical, and operational analyses to support study team decisions.
  • Lead projects that improve Study Feasibility and Recruitment team capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of pharmaceutical-related experience, including 5 or more years in clinical research or project leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in pure, applied, or technical sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development processes.
  • Recognized contribution to complex scientific analysis and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership with broad scientific, strategic, and business orientation.

Nice to have

  • Drug development or scientific project leadership experience.
  • Therapeutic experience in oncology, neurology, or immunology.
