Salary: $200,000–$215,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed Field Access Manager team responsible for regional field reimbursement execution.
- Coordinate field activity, account engagement, and regional plans to improve patient access outcomes.
- Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, coaching conversations, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Identify access barriers and market opportunities, using market, competitor, HUB, and patient claims data to guide strategy.
- Partner with training, analytics, compliance, HUB operations, client stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure field activities comply with applicable laws, policies, processes, and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced healthcare or scientific degree such as MS, RN, PA, or PharmD is advantageous.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including payer policy and product access.
- 7+ years of experience with benefit verifications, prior authorization requirements, or equivalent patient access work.
- 3+ years leading field access or reimbursement teams, including coaching, development, and performance management.
- Detailed knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit models, CMS policies, and Medicare Parts B and D coverage.
- Knowledge of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services, patient access programs, analytics, and diabetes monitoring trends.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Pediatric endocrinology or endocrinology experience.
- Access/reimbursement leadership experience during a product launch.
- Experience in product marketing, managed care, field sales, case management, or large healthcare practices.
