Location: Chihuahua, Mexico; onsite presence required to support manufacturing activities

What you will do
- Architect and lead end-to-end manufacturing test strategies and solutions with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Develop and deploy test hardware and software for calibration and functional testing of complex electronic and opto-mechanical products.
- Drive manufacturing projects focused on low-cost, efficient, sustainable processes within industrial standards.
- Validate test-system precision and capability through Measurement System Analysis, including Cpk and GR&R.
- Create and maintain drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and other test-solution documentation.
- Support products from New Product Introduction through sustaining production and improve test systems using emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Physics, or a major in Physics.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Expert-level experience with Python scripting, LabVIEW, and C++.
- At least 2 years of experience with data analytics tools and development, including Power BI or Looker.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills related to manufacturing or the functionality of electronic systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Chihuahua, Mexico, supporting manufacturing activities.
