Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global solutions for newly signed enterprise customers, including installation, configuration, customization, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and isolate technical issues in complex product and infrastructure environments, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Design solutions, architectures, proofs of concept, and implementation approaches for customer deployments.
• Deliver product training to customers and partners and maintain strong technical relationships.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and complete projects on time.
• Document best practices, processes, templates, and architectures for the broader field organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as professional services, sales engineering, or technical support.
• Experience designing large systems and implementing enterprise email environments.
• Strong UNIX system administration experience, including deep knowledge of Linux and Solaris.
• Strong knowledge of email systems, Sendmail, Internet products, and protocols including HTTP, SMTP, IMAP, RFC822, LDAP, and PKI.
• Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, routers, and related network components.
• Written and spoken English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese are required for technical and non-technical communication.
