TL;DR
GRC Specialist, IT Compliance (Information Security/GRC): Supporting customer security requests, audits, risk follow-up, and control documentation across Solera’s global companies with an accent on ISO, SOC 2, NIST, and governance practices. Focus on coordinating evidence collection, maintaining security-control knowledge, solving customer compliance requests, and reporting process status.

What you will do
- Coordinate responses to customer information-security requests with IT, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate evidence collection for customer security audits.
- Build a knowledge database of security controls across companies and products.
- Track security risks identified through customer assessments.
- Prepare process-status reports and support improvements to the customer relationship process.
- Collaborate with global peers and customers to provide information-security guidance.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of information-security standards and best practices, including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-XX.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Problem identification, problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teams across different locations and backgrounds and manage multiple requests with tight deadlines.

- Experience with IT or information-security audits.
- Experience using GRC management tools.
- Technical knowledge.
