Senior Manager, Security Operations (Cybersecurity): Managing regional security operations, crisis plans, investigations, risk assessments, and physical security projects across WeWork locations in Mexico City and the LATAM territory with an accent on emergency preparedness, facility security, and executive stakeholder management. Focus on designing security for new buildings, investigating complex incidents, coordinating law enforcement, and maintaining 24/7 emergency response coverage.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; regular regional travel and 24/7 emergency response availability required.

What you will do
- Manage security operations and risk management across multiple LATAM markets, locations, employees, members, and assets.
- Advise General Managers, Facilities Directors, Area Directors, and community teams on security requirements.
- Develop, rehearse, and update regional crisis, emergency, and security plans.
- Investigate incidents including assaults, threats, harassment, stalking, fraud, theft, and other property crimes.
- Assess risks and coordinate security upgrades, retrofits, building openings, and member-requested security projects.
- Provide security training, manage applicable direct reports, control budgets, and coordinate with law enforcement and external security organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience managing corporate security operations or a law enforcement background.
- Proficient English and the ability to communicate with executives, stakeholders, and external security organizations.
- Experience in corporate or national/state-level emergency and crisis management.
- Experience designing security for new buildings, including access control, cameras, visitor management, risk assessments, and security officer deployment.
- Understanding of low-voltage security technology, basic networking concepts, security applications, service management software, and help desk applications.
- Experience leading large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, training employees, and managing performance.

- Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Life safety training such as CPR, First Aid, or Trauma.
