What you will do

• Support compliance programs by maintaining records, tracking activities, and documenting adherence to policies and procedures.
• Administer compliance training, monitor completion, and help colleagues understand compliance requirements.
• Research regulatory requirements, policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify, escalate, and track compliance issues while supporting remediation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on audits, reviews, reporting, and compliance controls.
• Participate in a two-year university program with team projects, community service, professional development seminars, and AI-enabled learning sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, political science, accounting, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.
