Dealer Facilities Analyst (Retail Design)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Plano, Texas headquarters, with in-office work required three days per week and up to 20% domestic travel.

What you will do

• Maintain, update, and organize Image USA II and Dealer of the Future design schemes and finish lists.
• Coordinate with internal groups to support 2D graphics for dealership interior projects.
• Update facility asset catalogs covering accessories, technology, and related elements.
• Coordinate customer surveys with VOC and compile summarized results.
• Support facility project reviews, measurements, reporting, website updates, grand opening coordination, and analyst coverage.
• Assist with dealership design projects, training, professional development, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exposure to a retail design environment, design development, product planning, or a related subject.
• Working knowledge of website administration, basic web technologies, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Creative Software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in the Plano HQ office three days per week and travel domestically up to 20%.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, design, or a related field.
• Experience with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience in interior design, retail marketing, customer or guest experience, category management, retail strategy, business planning, or retail product planning.
• Exposure to sustainable practices, cost-reduction strategies, and business supplier industry standards.
