Travel Reviewer Specialist (Business Analysis, Analyst)

Location: Washington, DC; on-site schedule required

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide on-site support, systems analysis, and database management for travel management systems.
• Identify and resolve help desk, software, interface, accounting, reporting, and regulatory issues.
• Analyze and reconcile financial processes, reports, documents, statements, and rejected transactions.
• Monitor travel system performance and identify data-entry problems and solutions to reduce errors.
• Review travel authorizations and vouchers for compliance with policies, regulations, and system requirements.
• Support new system rollouts, including data cleanup, process development, customer training, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with financial systems.
• Experience working in a dynamic team environment.
• Very good communication and customer support skills.
• BA/BS degree.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and upgrade to a Top Secret clearance as required.
