Business Solutions Architect (Insurance)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $99,100–$163,400 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Partner with business and functional leaders to connect strategy with execution.
• Clarify goals and strategy and identify the internal implications of strategic choices.
• Discover and analyze business capabilities and conduct capability assessments.
• Provide insight into business and operating model design.
• Monitor the linkage between design decisions and execution planning.
• Support continuous improvement of business architecture designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of business experience involving business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or business strategy in complex organizations.
• Working knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.
• Intermediate leadership, influencing, relationship management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business and IT, including senior leaders.
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, facilitate negotiations, present recommendations, and drive outcomes.
