Principal Software Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, architect, and deliver next-generation AI products using generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning.
• Lead software products and platform capabilities from concept through production deployment.
• Drive architecture decisions and engineering practices for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical customer solutions.
• Collaborate with software development, data science, product management, engineering, and domain experts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while championing automation, observability, testing, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience designing and delivering complex production software, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native applications, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing architecture decisions at scale.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and modern software engineering practices, together with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
