Senior Creative Technologist (Generative AI)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Design structured AI-enabled workflows that translate marketing briefs into repeatable generation processes.
• Build reusable playbooks covering prompts, reasoning instructions, reference assets, output specifications, brand constraints, and template-fit rules.
• Create and optimize prompts for copy, imagery, video, and multimodal generation.
• Define creative quality standards, evaluation criteria, benchmark examples, regeneration triggers, and corrective actions.
• Diagnose failures such as distorted products, weak composition, inconsistent perspective, visual clutter, temporal instability, and unnatural motion.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Adobe, designers, marketers, and Creative Technology teams to improve mAIstro capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative technology, visual design, art direction, creative production, motion design, content systems, digital production, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative judgment across composition, hierarchy, typography, color, imagery, lighting, visual storytelling, motion, and digital content.
• Hands-on professional experience with generative AI, structured prompts, generation workflows, and leading image, video, multimodal, or LLM-based generation models.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Express; experience with Firefly, Firefly Services, Foundry, or similar platforms.
• Experience testing AI capabilities systematically, documenting findings, designing reusable generation frameworks, and working with reference images, model parameters, seeds, metadata, and generation controls.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, product, and technical teams, with sufficient understanding of APIs, automation, or workflow orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with retouching, compositing, motion graphics, editing, or advanced image manipulation.
• Experience supporting enterprise brands with strong governance requirements.
