Shipping and Receiving Associate II (Injection Molding)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States; on-site. Due to ITAR regulations, the role is open only to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, verify, organize, store, and transfer incoming materials and inventory.
• Process domestic and international shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, documentation, freight coordination, and shipping quotes.
• Manage material holds, quarantined inventory, mystery materials, shipment queues, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while investigating and escalating issues.
• Coordinate logistics workflows with Customer Service, Planning, internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment while following safety and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, and dock experience.
• Completion of the logistics curriculum and receiving or shipping curriculum sign-off.
• Experience with AX and logistics systems including MRS, MES, FedEx Worldship, UPS Worldship, Salesforce, and DOMO.
• Ability to read and write in English, use computers and calculators, perform basic arithmetic, and communicate by email.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, reliable attendance, and ability to work safely with sharp tools and material-handling equipment.
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements and be authorized to work in the United States without a temporary visa.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Logistics Associate II.
• Prior experience with Microsoft AX or another ERP system.
• Forklift certification.
