Senior Software Development Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable integrations and single-page applications using microservice architecture.
• Develop and maintain high-performance React and Spring Boot applications.
• Make technical decisions around scalable, maintainable, and reliable system architecture.
• Design relational and non-relational data models, testing strategies, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, business teams, and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and apply AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Angular, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and design patterns.
• Experience designing secure, distributed, large-scale, high-traffic software systems and writing scalable, maintainable code.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, cloud computing, preferably AWS, and comprehensive testing practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and AWS Kiro.
