Manufacturing Technician II - Sterile Filling (Day Shift)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, United States; onsite in controlled and classified cleanroom production areas

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, adjust, and sanitize sterile filling equipment.
• Load materials, remove finished materials, maintain product flow, and perform line clearances and in-process inspections.
• Execute filter integrity testing, enter data in SCADA and HMI systems, and maintain batch records and GMP documentation.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, inventory reconciliation in SAP, and routine mathematical calculations.
• Participate in media fills, aseptic interventions, validation and engineering protocols, and preventive maintenance support.
• Contribute to 5S, problem-solving, and other lean process-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in West Chester, Ohio, in controlled and classified cleanroom areas.
• English proficiency sufficient to read, write, speak, and understand SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with accurate documentation and data-entry skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures, perform routine calculations, identify process or documentation inconsistencies, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, non-sedentary production role involving standing, repetitive motion, kneeling, climbing, temperature changes, and moving objects with up to 100 pounds of force.
• Ability to complete occupational health requirements, use required personal protective equipment, and pass an onboarding eye exam.

Nice to have

• One or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles, lean manufacturing, Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
