- Process combined bills, payer changes, payment-mode changes, and required refunds.
- Research and respond to billing inquiries from customers and agents.
- Investigate and resolve billing concerns and problems.

- Experience or ability to work with policy billing processes and related data.
- Ability to research billing issues and communicate with customers and agents.
