Flight Simulator Engineer (FSTD) (Aviation Simulation)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and daily readiness checks on flight training devices and associated systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, motion, and visual-system issues.
• Complete recurrent QTG runs, troubleshoot QTG-related issues, and follow up on deficiencies.
• Assist with subjective flyouts, snag clearance, AOG situations, tests, and technical feedback.
• Record, track, and review maintenance activities in the Maintenance Management System and monitor assigned Simissues.
• Coordinate with QTG specialists, senior engineers, logistics, scheduling, and training teams to support smooth training delivery.

Requirements

• Technical college diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or aviation.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Understanding of aircraft terminology and simulation training devices, with the ability to interpret schematics and technical documents.
• Knowledge of analog and digital principles, test equipment, software diagnostic tools, computer architecture, networking, operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
