What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of credit facilities secured by commercial real estate loans.
• Oversee relationships with co-lenders, Special Servicers, and Primary Servicers.
• Analyze capital structures, borrower and guarantor financials, property valuations, cash flows, and market trends.
• Monitor covenant and reporting compliance, reserve and construction draw requests, and ongoing portfolio risk.
• Develop and execute asset management, modification, restructuring, and value-maximization strategies.
• Prepare portfolio reports, business plans, market summaries, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate loan asset management, including performing and distressed CRE assets.
• Knowledge of structured finance, including collateralized loan obligations and/or warehouse facilities.
• Strong understanding of loan documents, creditor rights, and senior, mezzanine, and A/B note capital structures.
• Experience with loan modifications and restructurings, project management, and senior stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in Excel and able to work autonomously, collaboratively, under pressure, and to deadlines.
