Staff Product Manager, Connected Ecosystem (IoT)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for connected-vehicle data from hardware and data sources through customer-facing products.
• Develop hirify.global's connected-device strategy and build strategic partnerships with telematics, OEM, and other data providers.
• Lead ambiguous 0→1 discovery and delivery for live fleet visualization, mapping, location intelligence, geofencing, vehicle health, and sensor insights.
• Standardize complex partner data so it is trustworthy, comparable, and actionable across hirify.global.
• Grow the ecosystem of integrations and strategic partners while managing relationships and representing hirify.global with partners.
• Partner with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and CX on product experiences, launches, packaging, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS products.
• Experience owning technically complex product areas end to end and leading ambiguous 0→1 or early-stage 1→n initiatives.
• Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships.
• Experience scaling a technical product through packaging, monetization, and go-to-market activities.
• Experience with hybrid product-led growth and sales-led growth motions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT or connected-device data and related products.
• Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation, mobility, or vertical SaaS.
• Experience with location and geospatial data, mapping, or real-time streaming data at scale.
• Experience with marketplace, multi-sided, or platform business models.
