Solutions Co Op

Location: Boston, MA, United States; work from the office 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Support investment research and portfolio analysis across multi-asset strategies.
• Conduct macroeconomic research and analysis.
• Assist with portfolio implementation, including model trading and KPI review.
• Measure and report investment risk.
• Monitor and report operational risk.
• Support business management activities and projects related to tactical asset allocation and liability-driven investing.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
• Prior co-op experience is required.
• Strong academic record with quantitative and numerical analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Python, large database structures, Matlab, Visual Basic, and/or SQL.
• Ability to organize and interpret data, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and manage tight deadlines.
• Interest in markets, investing, business processes, and investment tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, DataStream, or Haver.
