What you will do

• Design and implement registration and scoring algorithms for semiconductor inspection and detection workflows.
• Develop image-to-CAD alignment, non-rigid registration, defect detection, and defect localization algorithms.
• Build zero-to-low-shot training capabilities and improve algorithm usability and robustness.
• Collaborate with image processing software engineers to optimize algorithms for real-time processing and high-performance inspection tools.
• Work with architecture and product teams to refine requirements and design scalable customer solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of research and development experience in deep learning and image processing algorithms.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing robust, production-ready solutions.
• Strong interest in infrastructure development and collaborative teamwork.
