2027 Summer Internship - Supply Chain (Aerospace)

Location: Kinston, NC, United States; 100% on-site

hirify.global develops and manufactures advanced aerospace systems and composite aerostructures, including components for the hirify.global A350 XWB.

What you will do

• Review and update operational work instructions for business case closure and preliminary analysis.
• Support strategic projects, including improvements to process calendars and communication tools.
• Validate operational data and support the quality of metrics and reporting.
• Create user resources and documentation for the eRSP SeRA tool replacing legacy spreadsheet-based documents.
• Drive an assigned operational project from planning through completion and coordinate inputs from team members.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Kinston, NC for the duration of the summer internship and work on-site.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize concurrent assignments, create technical documents and presentations, and communicate issues and project status.

Nice to have

• Degree focus in business administration, operations management, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with process documentation, process mapping, data analysis, or project work.
• Experience with process documentation tools and project or task management software.
