Operations Supervisor/Unit Manager (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States. Hybrid work model with 80% in-office work and 20% remote work after training; the hirify.global Flex Program allows up to four additional weeks of remote work annually.

Salary: $75,000–$112,000 annually, or $37.33–$55.58 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop associates in Sales, Service, or Claims.
• Guide team members in resolving complex customer inquiries and insurance claims.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure accountability, regulatory compliance, and consistently high service standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement customer experience and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including Sales, Service, or Claims.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License required.
• Experience motivating, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment.
• Strong results orientation and the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, data analysis, and adaptive leadership skills.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance regulations and best practices.
