hirify.global is recruiting for a national home builder seeking support for its technology infrastructure and business operations.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and support company servers and infrastructure services.
• Monitor WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity, including logs, alerts, availability, and performance.
• Install, test, document, and maintain approved server and infrastructure patches, updates, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot server, network, connectivity, communications, and end-user technology issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, procedures, and hardware and software inventories.
• Support cybersecurity, user access administration, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues independently.
• Experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting data networks.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, TCP and UDP ports, routing, firewalls, SD-WAN, Ethernet switching, VLANs, VPNs, and broadband connectivity.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or comparable identity and collaboration platforms, and remote desktop or virtual application environments such as Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Experience providing help desk or end-user technical support, administering business phone systems, and supporting structured data and voice cabling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, documentation abilities, task prioritization, and vendor collaboration skills.
