Field Team Leader

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors while monitoring KPIs, productivity, and compliance.
• Conduct check-ins, performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate fieldwork planning, visit assignments, progress tracking, auditor utilization, and store recruitment activities.
• Support auditors with operational and store-related challenges and conduct physical store checks and panel controls when required.
• Support interviews, onboarding, resignation processes, device and hardware coordination, and client field visits.
• Maintain operational records, support finance and expense activities, and coordinate special projects.

Requirements

• Experience managing field or operational teams.
• Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Fast-learning, proactive, solution-oriented approach and professional maturity.
