OutSystems Tech Lead (OutSystems)

Location: Portugal – Remote

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale OutSystems applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
• Guide development quality through code reviews and engineering standards.
• Work with REST APIs, SOAP integrations, databases, and application lifecycle management.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor developers and manage client and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering OutSystems applications.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Lead on enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11, Reactive Web Applications, SQL Server, and relational databases.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, application security, and performance optimization.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English and Portuguese required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud.
• OutSystems technical, architecture, security, developer, or web/reactive certifications.
• Azure or AWS cloud certifications.
