Mid Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid, with 2 days per week at the office and 3 days remote

Salary: €1,800–€2,000 gross per month, including fixed and variable components, meal allowance, remote-work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, especially for Service Cloud environments.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL solutions, and Lightning components with LWC or Aura.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Create UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, defect analysis, bug fixing, and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate through pair programming and contribute to Git, SFDX, and CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Professional experience delivering Salesforce implementations and strong Apex development skills.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components or Aura, integrations, configuration, testing, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is mandatory.
• Availability to work 2 days per week at the Lisbon office.
• Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving, autonomy, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Core Cloud, Voice/CTI, or Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation, security and access models, data access, and visibility.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, analytics, or Power BI integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for template customisation and cross-browser troubleshooting.
