What you will do
- Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
- Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies to meet daily fulfillment deadlines.
- Monitor outbound processes, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
- Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve processes, storage layout, efficiency, and space utilization.
- Train staff, enforce safety standards, and prevent operational risks.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience managing outbound warehouse or fulfillment operations.
- Ability to coordinate picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handovers.
- Ability to monitor operational performance and analyze productivity and accuracy data.
- Ability to train staff and enforce safety and standardized work procedures.
