What you will do

• Develop, select, tune, implement, and verify GNC algorithms for the launch vehicle autopilot.
• Build mathematical models of fluid systems to expand six-degree-of-freedom verification capabilities.
• Maintain and further develop hydraulic actuator models, control algorithms, and filters for fluid systems.
• Set up and analyze Monte Carlo simulations.
• Support GNC operations during launch and test campaigns.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in mathematical modelling, algorithm development, and validation across guidance, navigation, and control.
• Strong mathematical modelling and data analysis skills with MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, parallelization, and autocoding tools.
• Proficiency in frequency- and time-domain data analysis with Python.
• Basic knowledge of rigid-body and orbital mechanics.
• Experience modelling and controlling fluid systems, including hydraulic actuators, valves, and pressurized tanks.
• Experience with C/C++ flight software development and large software projects using Git.
