Location: Field-based in the United States, supporting the Great Lakes District: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Chicago, Illinois. The role requires greater than 50% travel, potentially up to 65%, including educational events, internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and weekend programs. A valid United States driver's license is required.
Salary: $137,000–$235,750 base pay annually.

What you will do
- Lead the Great Lakes regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy, and faculty development.
- Support the RYBREVANT brand team with local market insights and feedback for future strategy.
- Build relationships with academic and community KOLs, influential healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate regional oncology education and engagement plans with marketing, medical, commercial, analytics, and brand teams.
- Analyze regional treatment-pattern variations and use insights to inform peer-to-peer programs and engagement placement.
- Shape innovative educational platforms, congress engagement, brand strategy, agency management, and future launch planning.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in a related field; an MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD, or another related graduate degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally involving KOLs, influential healthcare professionals, or professional healthcare organizations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of industry trends, oncology markets, customer relationship management, and patient-focused strategy.
- Valid United States driver's license required.
- Availability for more than 50% travel, potentially up to 65%, including some weekends.
Nice to have
- Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience involving KOLs and professional healthcare associations.
- Deep medical or scientific knowledge of oncology.
- Experience leading change and transformation, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
