What you will do

• Translate complex policies into clear operational workflows, guidelines, and decision-making frameworks.
• Build, standardize, and maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and operational documentation with governance and version control.
• Use AI tools to improve policy translation, documentation quality, and operational material creation.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, Regional Operations, and vendor teams.
• Analyze quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to identify execution gaps and root causes.
• Coordinate policy and process updates across markets while applying regional and cultural context.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Policy, Trust & Safety, Operations, Quality, or Process Support for external candidates.
• Knowledge of operational policy, governance, workflows, QA processes, or policy execution.
• Experience supporting cross-functional coordination with Policy, Operations, Product, or vendor teams.
• Basic analytical skills, including structuring data, identifying issues, and escalating insights.
• Familiarity with SOPs, process documentation, or workflow execution.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to policy enforcement workflows or quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of process improvement, dashboards, operational reporting, or QA metrics.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured frameworks.
