Chemical Engineering Intern (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Implement manufacturing process improvements focused on design for manufacturability, cost savings, process control, and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with mentors, champions, and cross-functional teams to identify methods for automating processes.
• Document processes and maintain work instructions using current industry standards and best practices.
• Lead capital project efforts addressing production capacity and technology capability issues.
• Present project updates to local leadership and participate in workshops or trade shows with limited travel.

Requirements

• Current college junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience applying engineering concepts to solve problems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Skills in project management, structured problem solving, and data-based ethical decision-making.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments using statistical tools.
• Must comply with US export-control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
