Process Engineer Summer Intern (MedTech)

What you will do

• Collect and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement activities with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering departments.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators and report results against established goals.
• Contribute to the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products or product modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while developing analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Must be legally and permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university throughout the internship and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Must have completed at least one year of university by the start of the internship and have a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week, from May through August.
• Must provide transportation to and from the Jacksonville work location.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and contribute to team goals.
