Location: El Segundo, California, United States; U.S. citizenship required. The role may require flexible schedules or work from remote locations.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

hirify.global supports the United States Space Force Space and Systems Command Launch Systems Enterprise, including National Security Space Launch programs and related systems engineering, acquisition, mission integration, safety, security, scheduling, and launch vehicle certification activities.

What you will do

  • Use the Launch Enterprise Data Management Program to support Air Force and Space Force launch enterprise projects.
  • Review SSC Launch service contracts and Contract Data Requirements List acquisition processes.
  • Implement and document data management processes that meet Air Force standards and end-user requirements.
  • Maintain CDRL libraries, contractor data-submittal logs, indexes, and transaction records.
  • Select candidate Data Item Descriptions from the DoD-approved database and support CDRL changes.
  • Collaborate with Aerospace Corporation, launch vehicle contractors, launch sites, factories, and integrated project teams.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Space Force or DoD acquisition processes and technical data management regulations.
  • Experience with LiveLink and DoD web-based databases.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams involving DoD, USSF, NASA, NRO, and contractor personnel.
  • Ability to work independently, respond proactively to customer concerns, mentor colleagues, and deliver work on schedule.
  • Ability to write clear, structured weekly activity reports with risk assessments and actionable recommendations.

  • Experience with Space Force launch and range systems.
