Senior Marketing Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver the complete lifecycle of marketing analytics and modeling projects, including model development, validation, and recalibration.
• Manage and enhance internal and external data sources for analysis and predictive modeling.
• Build and maintain propensity-to-sell, cross-sell, up-sell, churn prediction, and marketing attribution models.
• Establish MLOps practices for model training, versioning, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Improve analytics workflows and responsibly adopt new technologies and generative AI tools.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences and cross-functional decision-makers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building statistical analyses and predictive models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R and advanced SQL skills for large, complex datasets.
• Experience building and validating supervised and unsupervised models, including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI and familiarity with cloud-based data environments.
• AWS experience is preferred, including S3, Athena, and SageMaker.
