• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the performance and development of data science analysts.
• Plan workloads, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and manage delivery across concurrent projects.
• Oversee data acquisition, transformation, statistical modeling, machine learning, AI system development, automation, and insight generation.
• Review analytical approaches and AI systems for methodological soundness, reproducibility, validation, monitoring, documentation, and responsible AI use.
• Guide the design of predictive models, computer vision solutions, large language model applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
• Partner with engineering, IT, data platform teams, and business leaders to productionize reliable solutions and contribute to enterprise analytics and AI strategy.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, statistics, data science, AI, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with APIs, web scraping, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred academic background in statistics, computer science, economics, analytics, data science, AI, or a related field.
