Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents

What you will do

• Build session and context management with persistence, resumption, handovers, reasoning trails, identity, and entitlement resolution.
• Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, including manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts.
• Build agentic flow runtime capabilities for multi-step work, tool use, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Support speech and image inputs alongside text and build language interfaces for scheduling and optimization engines.
• Create evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy before release.
• Implement security controls covering prompt-injection resistance, personal data, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.

Requirements

• Production experience with Go and Python or comparable backend languages.
• Experience with service-to-service integration and orchestration using technologies such as n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products and production-grade GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines and agentic systems.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, and MCP, including MCP development and plan-based agentic software.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and API gateways such as Kong or Tyk.
• Hands-on production experience with live systems used by real users is required; demos, hackathons, and personal projects alone are insufficient.

• Experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost.
