Technology Change Management, Supervisor (AI)

Location: Edmonton, Canada; ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally

Salary: $82,500–$142,600 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead organizational change management projects that support finance-function optimization and business transformation.
• Oversee readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business case development, technology deployment, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training plans.
• Manage project teams, delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and client communication from sales through project completion.
• Guide client stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and identify additional opportunities across service lines.
• Develop industry specializations, marketing and training activities, and new products and deliverables for the OCM transformation environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in a large organization or professional services firm.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing project teams from sales through project closure.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, executive presence, stakeholder management, client relationship, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, understand their limitations and risks, validate generated outputs, and integrate AI into daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Fluent French.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Prosci Change Management, CCMP, or APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
