Affiliate Marketing Manager (Cryptocurrency)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Optimize campaigns, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to improve ROI and revenue.
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, campaign metrics, and affiliate performance.
• Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Monitor industry trends and detect fraudulent or non-compliant affiliate activity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, affiliate networks, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with Google Analytics, attribution, and tracking tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
