Solution Architect Presales

What you will do

• Support opportunity qualification, discovery, solution development, and pursuit planning with sales, delivery, practice, and partner teams.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business and technical requirements into solution approaches, scope, assumptions, timelines, risks, dependencies, and estimated effort.
• Develop and present customer-facing recommendations, proposals, estimates, demonstrations, statements of work, and solution summaries.
• Explain solution options and trade-offs while serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
• Validate feasibility, staffing needs, delivery approach, and implementation readiness with internal teams.
• Document solution details and support the transition from sales to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales, consulting, delivery, technical sales, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with sales cycles, customer discovery, solution development, proposal creation, estimating, and statement of work development.
• Strong communication, presentation, consultative, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, CRM systems, and related productivity platforms.
