Graduate Software Engineer (C++ & AI)

Location: Sandyford, Dublin, Ireland; 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Contribute to software development across firmware, embedded systems, cloud services, and healthcare technology projects.
• Develop software in C++ and Python and support AI tooling, agents, and workflow solutions.
• Participate in automation and continuous integration platform initiatives.
• Apply medical-grade software development processes throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to market delivery.
• Collaborate with biomedical algorithm, verification and validation, and systems engineers.
• Help deliver products and services that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Requirements

• Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD qualification in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with C++ development and exposure to at least one relevant software domain or technology.
• Knowledge of version control tools and practices such as Git or SVN.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, adapt to changing needs, and solve problems analytically.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Python development.
• Interest in healthcare technology and digital health solutions.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, or embedded software.
