What you will do
- Manage Data and AI projects, programmes, and portfolios in complex enterprise environments.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, actions, resources, capacity, suppliers, and financial follow-up.
- Lead demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, roadmaps, benefits tracking, and governance processes.
- Prepare executive reporting, steering committee materials, KPI dashboards, status reports, and governance packs.
- Translate technical and business topics into plans, decisions, risks, actions, and executive communications.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience as a Data and AI Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience with project management, portfolio management, Agile delivery, hybrid delivery models, and PMO.
- Knowledge of Data and AI operating models, analytics delivery, AI initiatives, data platforms, data governance, adoption programmes, and data literacy programmes.
- Experience with project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency maps, process maps, playbooks, status reports, and knowledge base materials.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, or equivalent tools.
- Portuguese at B2 level and English at B2 level required.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Portfolio Management, Data, AI, Cloud, Change Management, or Process Improvement certifications.
