IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

Location: Hybrid, based in Lisbon 2–3 times per week; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Administer and manage cloud infrastructure and production operations.
• Monitor service visibility and reliability using Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration management with Ansible.
• Work with the DevOps delivery chain, including GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Mattermost.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Coordinate infrastructure operations, IT risk, cybersecurity concerns, and service quality under pressure.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator.
• Experience with service monitoring tools including Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
• Working knowledge of Ansible and familiarity with Mattermost.
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies, production operations, and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong coordination, critical thinking, and stress management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level and eligibility to work in Portugal are required.
