Senior Internal Auditor

Location: Austin, Texas; Hsinchu, Taiwan; Santa Clara, California; or Singapore. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $92,000–$126,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute operational audits and advisory projects involving high-complexity, high-risk business processes.
• Plan audits, conduct interviews and walkthroughs, document processes, and support regional, process, and supplier audits.
• Perform fieldwork in accordance with IIA standards, design testing procedures, maintain work papers, and contribute to audit methodologies.
• Identify control gaps and risks, draft findings, present results to stakeholders and the CAE, and support issue resolution.
• Monitor remediation, validate corrective actions, and maintain audit closure records in Optro.
• Lead small-scale audits or advisory projects and support SOX testing, IT projects, investigations, and other cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in internal audit or compliance within complex and global environments.
• Experience conducting operational audits and advisory projects involving high-risk and high-complexity engagements.
• Proficiency with Optro, audit documentation applications, and IIA standards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and professional judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from one of the listed locations and travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• CIA, CPA, CTPRP, or CISA certification, or progress toward certification.
• Experience with SAP ERP, data analytics tools, and technology-enabled audit techniques.
• Experience leading audit scopes and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in global and matrixed organizations.
• Mandarin Chinese or other European language capability.
