Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus potential bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Own supplier relationships for assigned suppliers and plastics commodity categories across Pall's global production sites.
- Attend supplier meetings and visits, manage long-term and master service agreements, and administer contracts.
- Improve supplier on-time delivery, support inventory target management, and execute commodity strategies.
- Develop and deliver strategic sourcing projects, including supplier qualifications such as FAIR and PPAP.
- Optimize supply chain design in line with operating principles and collaborate with Materials, Supplier Quality, Operations, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering, plus 3+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or supplier relationship management experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 3–5 years of demonstrated experience with plastics commodities in a global manufacturing company.
- Proven experience negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and improving supplier performance.
- Experience with electronic sourcing tools such as eRFQ, eBid, or eAuction.
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle or SAP preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

- Experience with continuous improvement in manufacturing.
