Lead Communications Specialist

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Write, review, and revise emails, newsletters, promotional materials, and other internal communications.
• Manage the editorial process from content creation through delivery in collaboration with internal partners.
• Ensure content accuracy, readability, appropriateness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Create communication materials for awareness, engagement, education, and incentive initiatives.
• Develop and maintain internal website content and related media channels.
• Coordinate promotional-item vendors, budgets, reporting, and professional relationships with printers and graphic artists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, Camtasia, SharePoint, Bananatag, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Qualtrics.
• Ability to support communications for large internal and all-employee audiences through online channels, email, and live presentations.

Nice to have

• Storytelling certification.
• Prosci certification based on the ADKAR model.
