What you will do

• Lead and support strategic reviews, market horizon scanning, competitor benchmarking, and market insight development.
• Translate business strategy into investment priorities for hirify.global Europe’s market offering, capabilities, and operating model.
• Communicate strategic priorities, progress, and outcomes with Corporate Communications and business stakeholders.
• Establish and mature OKR and KPI performance frameworks to monitor progress and drive accountability.
• Advise senior stakeholders and build consensus across complex strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant strategy leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, insurance, or financial services.
• Understanding of the London and European insurance markets, including regulatory frameworks, distribution trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, strategic planning, or a related discipline within a complex, multi-line organization.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including portfolio performance, growth opportunities, investment priorities, and performance metrics.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Finance, or a related discipline.
