Americas Delivery Center Analyst-Controls (Seasonal)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, with remote work from home; onsite presence may be required up to 100% depending on the project. Reliable transportation is expected.

Salary: $40,000–$59,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support assigned client projects within the Americas Delivery Center controls competency.
• Test and audit business processes and IT internal controls.
• Perform research, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and related delivery activities.
• Apply knowledge of business processes, project requirements, technical skills, and client industries.
• Collaborate with project teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and delivery center personnel.
• Communicate key findings and results in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with related work experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new information, develop skills, and adapt to changing roles and requests.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, coachability, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Ability to work from the Blue Ash, Ohio delivery center or remotely, with potential onsite work up to 100% depending on project requirements.
