What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from producers and internal partners.
• Provide information about licensing, contracting processes, and outstanding requirements.
• Explain commission calculations, payment schedules, statements, amounts, and payment options.
• Complete ACH and wire transactions, payout method changes, commission audits, and statement distribution.
• Document customer correspondence accurately across relevant systems.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated processes to diverse customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a time-intensive customer service environment.
• Experience with licensing, contracting, or compensation in the life insurance or annuity industry is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance products, processes, and contract regulations is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
