Co-Op (Manufacturing Software Development)

Location: Beverly, MA, United States — onsite. Co-op cycle: January 4 to June 25, 2027. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Base salary: $20.42–$35.70 per hour. A separate $1,000 travel stipend is paid as a lump sum in the first paycheck.

What you will do

• Assist with ERP integrations connected to manufacturing systems.
• Develop and maintain custom applications that streamline operations.
• Analyze operational data and support process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Document findings and recommend efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with database setup and integration, including MSSQL.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and technology integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Beverly, MA facility during the six-month assignment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript Node for application development and deployment.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of data visualization and analysis techniques.
